December is a very busy month. A long series of events, performances, farewells and celebrations are competing with each other. After careful consideration, we have therefore decided that this month our traditional School Field Seminar will not be pushed into competition, but rather to encourage cooperation. We are joining the initiative of the SLODRE association, which will prepare a very topical round table entitled How to understand the latest results of the IEA PIRLS and IEA ICCS research at its annual meeting. Introductory thoughts will be given by colleagues from the Pedagogical Institute, mag. Marjeta Doupona and dr. Eva Klemenčič, and we expect the participation of all those present in the discussion.
