December is the time for this year’s third School Field Seminar, but at the same time it is the time for many events and social obligations. That is why we are not preparing our own program this time, but we are inviting the loyal audience to join the new public lecture of prof. dr. Michael W. Apple (University of Wisconsin, USA), whom we already welcomed in our seminar in June this year and who is coming this time to accept the prestigious and well-deserved recognition of the University of Ljubljana.
The title of his current lecture is “Can education change society?” and it suggests that we will once again encounter all the essential elements that characterize the work of this critical researcher and social activist.
