The EDC-QA project is a project of the Stability Pact (Extended Graz Process) and UNESCO. The goal is to develop a quality assurance system for civic education in Southeast Europe. The strategy of the project is to connect with the Ministries of Education in the countries of South-Eastern Europe and promote their decisive role in the project and the establishment of quality assurance.
The project intends to ensure the universality of civic education in South-Eastern Europe by strengthening the processes of management in education and by improving the developing quality assurance systems. Finally, quality assurance should be included in national education policies.
