CHER 2012: Higher Education and Social Dynamics

The 25th CHER (Consortium of Higher Education Researchers) conference was organised jointly by CEPS Ljubljana and COP Belgrade. The central part of the conference took place in Belgrade from 10 to 12 September 2012; on 13 September an additional one-day symposium was organised in Ljubljana to mark the twenty-five anniversary of this European research association.
